Our Delviery Service

For a next day delivery we ask customer to place their orders before 3pm. We use couriers who deliver next day. However, the time cannot be guaranteed as your driver will have a lot of deliveries and the time is dependant on delivery scheduled for that day.

What happens if you don not recieve your delivery

Please email or call us if you do not get the delivery before 4pm. Please be mindful that drivers deliver from 7am to 5pm,but most deliveries are completed before 4pm. On occasional days deliveries can be made up to 5pm.

Returns

If you recieve goods that are damaged, then you must report this within 3 working days. This applies for both business and home users. Please email us or call us to report any damaged goods. We ask you to return the items to us in the original packaging and once recieved we will action request for a replacement or full refund including a resonanable amount for the postage.

If your product is faulty or becomes faulty, you can obtain a replacement or refund within 4 months of purchase - you must be able to provide your order number. All our toner cartridges come with a 12 month warrnty.

If you change your mind and the goods have not been in your possession for over 10 days, then you are entitled to a full refund. You must take reasonable care of the goods until they are returned to us. Both business and private customers should be aware that there will be a 20% restocking fee.

The cartridge is still sealed in the internal packing.

The outter box is not damaged. 

The cartridge must not have been used.

Please note that the cost of returning these items is the responsibility of the customer.

If you change your mind (After 10 days)

If you wish to return goods after 10 days of reciept, because you have ordered the incorrect items or you have changed your mind you may still do so and have the value of the returned items (less a 20% restocking fee) transferred towards replacement goods. All goods must be unopened and in their original packaging.
